Verify Requirements for Device / Connectivity
Access to reliable internet, wi-fi, or cell signal. A minimum 1.5Mb/s bandwidth is recommended. If the videos you stream appear choppy, or either sound or video drops, try to get a faster connection.
Any device that allows you to stream videos, scroll through online presentations, and download documents will support you here. Smartphone? Computer? Tablet? All good!
Our classes and resource guides offer downloadable .pdf documents. You will need to ensure you have space on your device, and store them for when you want to reference them.
Mistaken Logins and Multiple Devices / IP Addresses
In order to protect our site from user id / password guess-hacking, any account with 10 mistaken logins in a row will be frozen for 1 hour before allowing retry. We apologize in advance if this happens to you! Please know the security software is trying to keep your account safe.
Each HUB subscriber is allowed access for up to 3 separate devices (phone, tablet, computer) for their own use, to be logged in at any given time. Too many connections, or multiple logins from different locations (shared use of your login) can trigger an error that will freeze your account. Be sure to log out after your visit to Trinity Health HUB. Again, we apologize in advance if this happens to you; we are trying to protect your user id from getting hacked.
