Overview of the CPD process

ACHENA approved courses contribute to the protection of the consumer and to the ongoing professional development of the homeopath.

The ACHENA CPD Committee reviews and approves CPD courses to ensure that they strive to strengthen and advance the skills, knowledge and ethical commitment of professional homeopathic practitioners in the context of classical Homeopathy.

Step 7

SUCCESS!  Begin advertising your ACHENA Approved Course upon receipt of the approval document.

Step 6

Submit fee for number of CEUs approved.

Step 5

Clarify or submit additional info as requested by CPD.

Step 4

Submit application at least 30 days before start of course (60 days for 10+ presenters). Contact the CPD team to be considered for Fast Track handling, for an additional $50 fee added to CEU fee.

Step 3

Compute the number of CEUs (1 hour of instruction = 1 CEU).

Step 2

Begin to complete the CPD Application form. The application is organized into four parts:
– Application Cover Sheet
– Course Description & Learning Objective
– Evaluation, Publicity & Disclosures
– Speaker Bio

Step 1  Gather course description, learning objective and bio info from the speaker(s).
