Refunds
Our subscriber materials, events and classes are carefully planned, advertised with candor, and implemented for the best possible participant experience. We understand that a mismatch can arise between a participant’s expectations and the experience delivered. An unexpected life event or competing work demands can disrupt plans. Sometimes things do not work out as planned.
Our office team will cheerfully process your refund request based on this schedule:
- Subscriptions are eligible for refunds within 5 days of the initial purchase or renewal upon request.
- Prior to 1st session of any live class or series: full refund of purchase price, less $10 admin fee
- After the 1st session, before any additional live class session: refund of 50% of purchase price
- After Session 2 of any live class or series: no refund is given
Refund of any class purchase:
- is returned to the form of payment used for purchase during enrollment (your credit should be visible on your card within 3 days)
- terminates your access to any of the refunded course’s live sessions, recordings or online resources such as downloadable reference materials
- does not affect access to other live courses you have purchased, including live sessions, recordings or online resources available to which you are entitled
Exchanges
If you are considering a refund request because of a scheduling issue that prevents participation in a purchased live class series, you can request that your paid enrollment be moved to a subsequent class series of the same type.
