“It is a repeat of one that was sent to many practitioners a few years ago, and is likely an attempt to discredit homeopathy by soliciting statements that might run afoul of laws in some states. It should be ignored.”

The OA reports to the CHC Board President and gives a report to the board at the quarterly board meetings. The OA is the first point of contact via phone and email for exam applicants, certificants, and the public. The ideal candidate for this position possesses strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Required Education/Experience/Skills: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience as an Office Administrator Patient and pleasing manner Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Strong ability to multitask and prioritize shifting daily responsibilities Outstanding customer service skills Interacts ethically at all times Self-directed and motivated Exceptional organizational skills Detail-oriented with ability to document events and tasks Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong aptitude for learning cloud-based programs as well as MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat DC, Google Drive, Wix, Zoom, Canva, and Constant Contact
This remote position requires 10 hours per week @ 20$ per hour. An initial three- month contract will be offered, renewable upon a positive performance review.
