Client Management Mondays #1
May 22, 7pm ET / 4pm PT (45 min)

Ever had a client where the initial consult seemed to go well, the chosen remedy seemed like a great match.. then you never heard from that client again?

Or a client was discouraged with old symptom return or a few days of aggravation? Or the follow up gets rescheduled, and the reschedule gets rescheduled, and again, and then it just never happens…
Golly, it can be a lot of work to bring a client onboard, and we sure want them to stick with us through the therapeutic process.

Join Karen Allen CCH for this open session in the Client Management Mondays series as she shares 4 essential, simple guidelines that help keep clients invested in the work with you. If you can’t make it for the live session, check on the Open Access page in June for the recording.

Additional sessions in this series:
#2:  June 26th:
Screening out RED FLAG Clients Before They Sue You
#3:  July 24th:
UP Your Practice Game with a Simple Audit Procedure
