Honoring Peter Fisher (1958-2018) |
 |
Four years ago, on August 15th, 2018, Peter Fisher was tragically killed in a cycling accident on London's 'Cycle to Work' day. At the height of his career, he was suddenly gone. He was physician to Queen Elizabeth, head of the UK Faculty of Homeopathy, a medical director, an educator, leader in research, editor of Homeopathy journal, and inspiration to so many.

Homeopathic Community Research Is ON: Â Â Â Are You In the Target Demographic?? Â
Â
In 2008, Todd Rowe, Iris Bell, and the American Medical College of Homeopathy team conducted a survey of homeopathic education. This survey is being repeated by PIHMA Research and Education and the HOHM Foundation, to explore how education is progressing in our profession. If you run a school, teach at a school, or study at a school as a student, please take the brief survey and support this research project!Â

HUB Repair & Update |
 |
We were offline August 5-10th – Did We Miss Anything?
Â
Technical issues caused rare, unplanned downtime for the HUB. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused to our subscribers. We are back online and improving infrastructure to prevent future down time.
Â

|
 |
IF YOU REGISTERED with the HUB (created a free account) between July 15th and August 10th, we are sorry to let you know that it is gone. Darn! HUB repair required a restore from a July 15th backup. Purchased subscriptions were recreated with financial data outside the HUB, but we can't recreate free accounts from that time window because all the data, held inside the HUB, was overlaid in the restore.
Â
If we lost your registration, we apologize that you won't be able to log in for our free access content. Please register again!

New On the HUB: Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Learning Tracks |
 |
In our recent HUB survey you told us that, with over 400 hours of stream on demand training, it can be hard to navigate and find what you want. We called in an expert, and were advised to implement an approach called wayfinding. By creating learning tracks that group together similar topics into a complete unit of learning, we can help you find your way through the training library. These tracks are cross referenced and help you "wayfind" as you navigate a path through your areas of interest.
|
|
|
|
|
 |
Watch for learning tracks soon
on your Subscriber Home Page.
Â
When they have all been created and listed there, a search will be added, and the old learning management system pages of training will be removed. Until then, you'll be able to find training you want to view by both methods. Once all that is done, we will consolidate all of your transcripts and provide visibility of them for you. Thanks for your patience while we improve!

We continue to support and extend the work of
CM Boenninghausen and Heiner Frei.
Â
In February 2020, the HUB launched the prototype of the Polarity Analysis training program with 18 hours of theory and clinic. HUB Subscription included enrollment in the course. Over the next 2 years and 6 training series, we taught HUB participants, and also recruited participant reviewers from various homeopathic professional sectors. Their feedback helped us to expand and strengthen the program.
Â
The course includes methodology, PA software orientation and coaching, text review of Heiner Frei's Polarity Analysis book, live clinic to which course enrollees can bring their own challenging client cases, and case supervision for participants. The program has more than doubled in training hours to a 46 hour / 17 session / 3 month program. We have obtained accreditation for continuing education by ACHENA and AANP, and we are currently pursuing nursing continuing education accreditation.
Â
No longer a HUB prototype program, the PA training has outgrown its early home. It has its own website ( www.polarityanalysis.com ), discussion forums and administration. Enrollment includes homeopaths from around the world, who are not part of the HUB community. In recognition of this, the PA program will separate completely from the HUB at the end of 2022.
Â
The Autumn 2022 PA course will be the last offering that will be fully included in your annual HUB subscription at no additional cost – so if you have been thinking about taking this course, now is the time to sign up! The course begins on August 25, 2022. All sessions are recorded, so you can study asynchronously if that works better for your schedule. Contact the HUB Office to get your coupon code to enroll in the upcoming course for free.
Â
We will continue to honor the program's HUB origin: HUB annual subscribers will receive a 50% discount on the tuition for the PA 3 month course beginning January 2023. If you are interested, jump in before this tuition change!
