New Moms Might Have Trouble Sitting…

Circumstances for each woman's labor and delivery are unique… Most are in hospitals, and many involve an episiotomy: a strategic cut of the perineal tissues to prevent a tear during the birthing process.

Whether she experiences a tear or an episiotomy, the reality of stitches helping to mend tender tissues can be uncomfortable. As homeopaths, we can help her to speed the healing and prevent unwelcome after effects (urinary incontinence, painful sex, etc). Join Karen Allen in this ACHENA accredited 6 hour New Moms and Babies course; be fully prepared to help your clients who are new mamas!
Four consecutive Mondays at 7pmET/4pmPT
beginning July 11th (1.5hr each session).

Take advantage of this opportunity to share your knowledge and important work with the community.

Open to all! There are no prerequisites to apply.

  • Applicants may propose 1-3 different topics within a single application. What are your current passions? We want to hear your ideas! Present on timely issues to fit our evergreen theme, "Homeopathy in the 21st Century"
  • Proposals should meet intermediate or advanced level presentations and content.
  • Proposals representing a variety of content areas are welcome, such as theoretical, technical, clinical, research-based, or practical.
  • Presentations may be designed for no more than two speakers.
  • Presentations should be designed for a 1-hour time slot (includes time for Q & A).

JAHC 2023 will be a hybrid event with both in-person and virtual speakers live streamed online. We will offer both in-person and virtual attendee ticket options. We aim to fill the in-person speaking opportunities first. There will be a limited number of virtual presenter spots. If you are only available to present virtually, we have provided a section for you to indicate that within the application.
