HUB Happenings: Bach Flower Study Shows Relief for Binge Eating

 Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine has published a randomized placebo-controlled clinical trial evaluating a Bach Flower formula with overweght and obese individuals. The Bach flower formula outperformed placebo for improvement in binge-eating, anxiety, resting heart rate, and sleep!

 

Formula used included: Impatiens, White Chestnut, Cherry Plum, Chicory, Crab Apple and Pine.
