When I started my practice in 1994, it was -to put it bluntly- dreadful. I dreamed of lots of clients and lots of healing. I had struggles, high expenses, few clients and mostly poor outcomes. I quit after 5 years. Then things got really difficult… Eventually I restarted, turned it around, and this summer marks my 26th year in a practice I love that supports me and heals clients!

As a homeopath, the bridge from successful student to successful practitioner can be hard to navigate.

Based on my own experience of floundering, failing, restarting and succeeding, I created the

StartUp to Stellar Series – a 6 month course that shares how I got my practice running well, and how others can do the same.

We begin the next series – now in its 7th year

– on September 9 – and I hope to see you there! Remember Super Stellars (past participants) are always welcome back for free. We can do this.

Homeopathy Around the World
“Wondrous Order – The Table of Plants”
by Michal Yakir.

Michal Yakir is a homeopathic pioneer who has unlocked the plant kingdom for homeopathy. In her groundbreaking book, “Wondrous Order – The Table of Plants”, Yakir has made the plant kingdom comprehensible. This monumental work contains over 800 different plant remedies, amounting to 95% of the remedies known to homeopathy, including many so far unknown plants.

Yakir developed her own system for the vegetable kingdom that can best be described as the plant analogue to the Periodic Table of Elements. Her plant catagorization is in the form of a simple tabular set of coordinates with columns and rows, showing how each column of the plant table can be assigned to different types of psychological traits and physical pathologies. Yakir clearly explains plant themes and pathologies in terms of their family and placement on the table. Hundreds of short cases provide graphic sketches of the essences of the individual remedies. This is an approachable and practical tome for homeopaths of all experience levels.
