DESCRIPTION:It is so tempting to frame this course as ‘preparing for the Zombie Apocalypse’. The practical reality sounds less interesting but is a lot more likely. Sometimes modern conventional resources and help are unavailable. A camping\, mountain biking\, hiking or vehicle accident can bring the unexpected.  When we visit or live in a remote area\, wisdom invites us to be resourceful off the grid. This could happen at any time\, but we live in “interesting times”. \nBetween environmental and climate change\, social unrest and widespread microbial activity\, it is reasonable to think we may be on our own to make the best health and care choices we can\, at some point\, for some amount of time.  We are seeing these ‘off the grid’ events every month. Natural disasters can limit availability for basic survival requirements\, medical care\, communication and transportation. DESCRIPTION:** Chapter 1 ** \nDive in to Hahnemann’s Homeopathy with this book club!  Join Karen Allen and guests for each session as we read and learn together from Ewald Stoteler’s engaging text that clarifies Hahnemann’s approach.  You will need to have the text\, which you can order here (for US and Canada) or order here (for Europe and other global areas). \nAt each bookclub meetup\, we will talk about a chapter (or section of a chapter) from Stoteler’s book\, and get clear about what Hahnemann teaches. Sessions will be recorded and posted for later review; join when you can and catch up later when you have time.  Ewald Stoteler offers rare insight and deep understanding of what Hahnemann has defined as clear tenets of homeopathic practice\, so let’s study and anchor our skills.
